REFUND POLICY

All Sales are Final. No Refunds.

Unfortunately since most of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot give refunds for our products.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please refer to our return policy, further directions on what to do are listed there.

We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

To return an item, please email support@reconsurco.com and include:

  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request.
RETURN POLICY

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email Support@reconsurco.com and include

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, photograph of the front, and a photograph of the tag.

The best pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this info to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing with our printing process. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately since most of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 10-24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email Support@reconsurco.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with, and
  4. Your request.

We will try our best to help you with the issue.

Increased lead times due to large influx in orders. We are a small team, and we are working diligently to get all products out in a quick manner. Please have patience.

Lead times on all apparel are 10-30 days, Times may vary depending on your location in the world. Sewn goods are 2-3 weeks, all pre-orders are 4-12 weeks. Our goal is to get items out as quickly as possible, we appreciate all your support!

Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We have the reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.  Plead read our terms & conditions carefully. Please read shipping policy carefully as it states 30-90 Business days for pre-order items (depending on individual item) not including holidays & weekends.

We produce items within the stated business days. Therefore, we have the right to initiate a case if we receive a chargeback within the time frame.
